Which Stabilizer

Ok , I am finally getting off my ass to do the stabilizer but i cant decide if i want dual or single? a lil help here..
Does anyone know the pro of a duals system compared to the single setup..

FYI I am on 33s but I intend to wheel when the truck is worthy .
