looking to put a 5.3/4l60 into my k5. will a np208 off a 700r4 bolt up to the 4l60? i want to keep the pass side drop and speedo

It will, but you may have to adapt a VSS on to the case to run the shift points in the 4L60E
Try finding an np241 passenger side drop from a 90-91 K5 or burb. 89 will work too but it wont have the Vss. I bought the Advanced adapter kit to use my np205 in the stock location. Got a killer deal on it at $550.
