neways any suggestions you have would b awesome

I'm a Valvoline man but there are other quality oils. Your not gonna go wrong with a 10-30 or 10-40. Here in the desert I run 10-40 in the " winter " and straight 30 wt. in the summer. I think most impotant is to change it every 3000 miles. Almost any oil is better then old, dirty, contaminated oil.

I like Mobil products. Usually run 10w40 Mobil in everything. Unless I have some extra cash, then I'll run Mobil 1....

Also like Amsoil products....

I usually run Mobil1 5W-30, but on my last oil change I put in Mobil 20W-50. One of my Master Techs here at my work told me to run the 20w-50 for three thousand miles, says it's good for the seals:dunno:
