Which Wire?

Alright well i have narrowed down my tbi problem. The computer isnt getting any power. There are something like 28different wires that go to the computer. one plug in with 1-16 and then 1-12 on the other one. Does anyone know which number is the one that brings the power to it?

According to my GM manual, on the 24 pin connnector it's B1, the orange wire. And on the 32 pin connector it's C16, another orange wire. Both are on the ends of the connector. Hopefully the rows are labeled on the connector/plug. If not post back and I'll try to clarify.
