I know this is a pointless cyberwheeling thread, and that my half dead motor wouldn't have a chance of making the wheels hop, but I'm still planning my future build, so I would like to know

I'm confused, your title says axle wrap, but your poll says wheel hop?

could someone explain the difference? I'm kinda a noob.........

They both correlate with each other. As one increases so does the other.

when you start gettin axle wrap you will get wheel hop from the springs trying to fight back. he wants to know which will lessen it all together. id say the stiffer springs would help. you gonna need a traction bar regardless if you want none.

Traction bar apart, and given the same spring stiffness, the shackle flip and no lift blocks will give less axle wrap and wheelhop than stock shackles and lift blocks.
The difference here is given from the leverage the axle can exert on the spring, the longer the blocks, the longer the leverage.
Lifted springs are not necessarily much stiffer than normal.

ive got 8" rear springs, no wrap for me :D but then again i dont go too crazy....
