Re: Who Has LINE-X\'d the Inside Of there Blazer??
I did my truck with Morton bedliner. I sprayed it myself. It looks pretty good and I get a lot of questions. Since it was my first time painting, you cas see a couple of streaks where I didn't blend it well enough.
I plan on respraying the bed next spring because I didn't buy enough to cover the whole vehicle and it is pretty thin. When I spray the bed I'll respray the passanger side to make it look better.
The stuff is pretty tough but will scratch if you hit something major. I have put a couple of chips in it on the tailgate and bed loading rocks but in that spot it is very thin. It would probably come of if you mashed it on a rock but paint would do that even worse.
My dog has jumped up on the side of the truck a couple of times with no scratches. I couldn't say that when I had paint.
Overall, I would pay the 400 to get the tub lined in your blazer. It quites things quite a bit and is easy to clean. The only other thing I would consider for a Blazer is a Bedrug (Sweet Carpet Kit) but I don't think they make them for Blazers.
