who has the best prices on d60 chromo shafts? and what brand?

I broke a 30 spline outer last weekend and i don't want to spend all my time fixing broken shafts after wheeling. I broke my shaft pretty easily with my 44's. I was really taking it easy and when it broke it took out my brand new lockout. I am planning on going to 35 spline outers.

What should i go with? Yukon? I like their lifetime warranty, but if they are just going to break too then i need something stronger. what is everyones recommendation?

You break a 35 spline Yukon hub, and I would buy you a beer. Those are beefy hubs, and the outers I have are solid. But Yukon is also not cheap either.

I like my Yukon axles and hubs, but I'm only on 37 atm and am really good easy with the gas. Also, are you locked in front with 44?

yes i am welded in the front and rear with 44 inch ag tires. they are 18.4 16.1 tires. Also i am not easy on the throttle after a little liquid courage.

I have just read a few stories about people breaking yukon shafts. I think they were older stories though.

I am definitely planning on running yukon hubs. I am not as worried about breaking them as i am the shafts .
