Thought i'd ask again. Anybody here try to do this? How far did you get, what were the problems?

Who hear has tried to build a soft top for a full vert?

are you looking for a full soft top or just a bikini style top?Thought i'd ask again. Anybody here try to do this? How far did you get, what were the problems?
takes alot of skill to do this if you are looking to build a top,you have to come up with bows,figure out how to attach to the body,you will have to source materials,plastic for windows,zippers,and you will need a industrial type sewing machine,it can be done,but i gaurantee you will not be happy with your first attempt,and you will have a ton of time in it,save yourself the frusrtation and get a besttop,or another premade top
Do you remember I started a custom build? Never finished it. Still have everything and wanted to and was going to start a soft top bussiness. ya know how that goes. I was close. I'll still finish mine someday hopefully. I can post the thread if ya want?
