Who here is a snap on dealer?

I got a $50 gift certificate to snap on for Christmas and looking to use it. I would use it from our local snap on guy but don't work at the shop he used to come to us and I never appreciated his attitude so since I don't see him anymore I'm not going to go out of my way to give him business. Thought someone on here was a dealer. Could I redeem this certificate with you?

that sir, is a negative... the way they work is they're purchased through a dealer, so he's already been paid for the $50 worth of merchandise you're going to pick out... should have his name on the back of it though, unfortunately you'll have to deal with mr bad attitude

It always seems to be the Snap-on dealers with the pissy attitudes. I've delt with 3 of them out here in CA, 2 where dicks. They act like they don't need your buisness. While people like MAC and Cornwell will make you deals and throw free stuff you way.

I guess all your Snappy dealers are crappy. I have only had one in all the ones I have dealt with that sucked. He was in North Carolina though. With that being said my current Snap-On guy pretty much cuts me breaks on the majority of stuff I buy. Sometimes the discounts are big and sometimes they are not so big. He gives me stuff like free shirts, calendars, key chains, etc.. I got a SnapOn jacket from him about two months ago. It's fairly nice and heavy duty but I did give him an ass reaming (no not literally homo's) about it being made in China. He knows everything I buy I look to see where it's made. He had his boss, or whomever it is that goes on ride arounds with the SnapOn guys to give pointers or see what they are doing right and wrong, and as soon as I walked on the truck my SnapOn guy goes to this boss guy, hey this is the guy I was telling you about. They started laughing cause I guess they have never seen someone as anal as me about buying Chinese products.

One of the guys in my district called Matco during last weeks sales meeting to confirm where a new ratchet is made. It doesn't say on it anywhere "made in USA". Made in Texas. One of those things that should be stamped on it, IMO.
