My boss is looking at a 1999 Suburban to buy and keep at his house in Phoenix. He found one he likes, but the carpet is bad. He asked me where I would get new carpet for it. I suggested LMC. Anyone ever bought replacement carpet from them? If so, did it fit well? Is there another, better source, or cheaper source?

Thanks.

Martin

It depends on the fit and finish you want. I ordered new carpet for mine but I wish I would have ordered rubber mat instead. Carpet is to hard to keep clean.

Yeah, it's not for me. It is for a Suburban that will NEVER go off road.

Go with lmc truck, the carpet they have is from ACC, it is very good stuff. He should be happy. I have the carpet kit from lmc in my Blazer, and it is really good stuff. I would recommend getting the sound deadner kit and the extra floor insulation for the added benefit of a quieter ride that just putting in the carpet. Just my .02

I did get mine with the mass backing that is why I got it from ACC

I got mine at jcwhitney.com and it was good, I would think they are probably cheaper than LMC.
