who made the part time np203 kits back in the day?
- milemarker
- doug nash
- any others?

?

I put one in my first K5 way back in 77-78?
It was probably a Doug Nash or reboxed New process gear..??

It was a shaft replacement type, not the blocks...super easy to install.

Beat the crap out of that poor case, till the chain started jumping and exploded the front output...
then pulled the shaft back out and installed it in a second 203..
wasn't smart enough to know to just replace the 203 with a 205 back then...:surepal:

Mile marker used to make the shaft replacement kit which was the strongest option for converting the 203. They no longer make it, but they do still make the 4 blocks that replaces the spider gears in the 203 differential. I’ve heard it isn’t as good as the shaft kit, but I just installed one a few months ago in my 74 k20 and it hasn’t had any problems so far.

Doug nash also did the shaft replacement. Had it in my 74

I got the Mile Marker shaft replacement installed in mine. Found one on eBay back in 2010

Mile Marker or Warn made mine. Had it installed in like 2004 I think. They don't make it any more. Used to have the paperwork for it but I think it got covered in oil and I tossed it.
