Who makes a good crate motor other then GM performance?

Check out world Products/Bill Mitchell. Better bang for your buck than most Chevy crate motors. Except maybe if you're looking for a fuel injected crate engine.

But I used a Mr. Goodwrench crate motor (350cuin) from Jegs. Too cheap I guess.

I found the local guy is cheaper, and he dont mind if you come watch, or drop off nice parts, cam etc...
the '290 HP crate' was almost 300 cheaper from the local guy, built by him... just drop your core off and come back in a few weeks.

Skoggin Dicky (sp?) is there in CA (but so-cal). They sell GMPP stuff and their own crate engines.

Scoggin-Dickey is in Lubbock, Tx not the great communist state of Kalifornia.
- Why did I think it was in so-cal? I must have been thinking of some other place. My apologies to both Texas and California.
