Just what it asks, who runs them? I heard pro's and con's, like the strength of the bolts. I just really need my bushings to be greased more frequently.

I was also looking at putting my sway-bar back on since I drive mostly on-road so I was looking at the disconnects. Are those also worth it?

All greasable. From a variety of vendors.

Toss the sway bar will be the general opinion. How much lift do you have? You can bend the disconnets while flexing.

It's just a 4" TC with all springs, but after I greased the outside of the bushings it drove a lot smoother and flexed tons better.

The reason I want the sway bar is because the body roll is getting to be too much, but maybe I need to put better shocks on. I have the TC gas charged shocks.

I'm running their greasable bolts and bushings all around. The bolt diameter is larger than what gm was using stock, so id have to guess any loss in strength by drilling the tiny hole in the center is more than offset by the larger diameter. Mine are nice and quiet and flex pretty good.

My only problem with them is disconnecting the grease gun. If you pull it staight off, the fitting comes out sometimes. You need to kind of bend the gun fitting so it pops off instead.

Greasable bolts

I run them on my front springs. They go a long way towards increasing bushing life and a bit to flex.

DIY4X makes them as well. I run some of each, there is no real difference between them.

One way to increase bolt strength is to run a thinner wall steel bushing and a bigger bolt. You can't in every situation but on some applications you can. Only you would have to have a machinist drill the bigger bolts. DIY probably would for you too I bet. Here is a method I use for getting more grease to all surfaces of a bushing. I have pulled it to the top for new guys to see several time. Click on the link.

You have to be a little careful with the thin sleeve, thick bolt idea. We thin the sleeve down for the front HD shackles to let us run a 1/2" bolt and ended up running 4130 chromoly to get the consistant material properties to make it work. Basically the clamping force from the bolt could crush the sleeve. Also, a thin sleeve tends to dig into the mounting bracketry more, the worst example there is the superlift/skyjacker main eye bushing system that uses a really thin sleeve and that thin sleeve tends to eat into the main eye mount bracket.
It's rare that anyone has problems with the standard 9/16 bolts on the GM's and with our upgrade to 1/2" on the front shackles those are pretty durable too. With the FUSH kit we can bump the bolt size on top to 9/16 but that system wasn't all about the bolt size, it was mostly for the bigger bushing.
