Someone here had Kert fab up some rear spring brackets for his K5 to fit the rear springs closer to the frame in order to mount a K30 rearend without cutting and relocating the perches.

I want to get some for my '74 chassis and want to use the D70HD rear without cutting and relocating perches.

TIA.
 
Maybe a stupid question, but why can't the factory K30 hangers be made to work?

wasnt it scott? I think there is a thread in the vendors forum on it that is up in the list
 
my perches had to be moved over an inch each on my 70HD to fit my 78 K5...
Not hard to move...

I used kerts brackets for the flip and the disc conversion.
 
DO the front hangers have to change too, or just the back ones?
