I finally had time to work on my 85 K5. Which is a cool story by itself. My brother in law calls me up one day and says he has a present for me. He know that I am in the planning stages of my build up, on my 84 K5. He pulls into my driveway with the loaded trailer. He says he got a call from a friend staying that they want a bronco towed out of their yard. My brother in law does scrape metal runs so they thought that he could scrap it and make some money and they get a cleaner lawn. It has been sitting for two years. Well first of all it wasn't a Bronco but the 85 Blazer that is now mine FREE. It is in great shape. After two years All I had to do was put jumpers on it and a little starter fluid and it started right up. Now get this even after two years I took out the interior and it is almost free of rust only a little rust next to the seat bolts and and that is it. There is only a little of surface rust on the outside that is of little concern. Either way it is a much better platform to work with.
Stats 85 crate 350, I am guessing th350 not sure of the transfer. I know that it is stock. alum rims.
Stats on 84 that I was planning on but because needing to replace every panel. It will now be parts. 350 465 208 I think 4" sky jacker and 33"
