They banned the USE of them in certain areas, not having one on your vehicle
They don't expect you to "turn around." They expect you not to use your jake brake in those areas.

Cool! You will need a master switch, a jakes on/off switch, and usually they are wired up where you have to have the throttle pedal in the idle position, clutch engaged before the jakes will activate.
Yeah, I've got a master arming switch (which I'll probably scrap in favor for something like an aircraft toggle), and there's a switch that arms when the throttle pedal is all the way up and one for when the clutch is engaged.
This mod requires straight pipe--no mufflers!!
