Weighted my rig today 5005 lbs. No top/doors/tailgate/tools/parts just a full tank of gas some 37"s with a cage and seats.

So who has a lighter setup?

My '72 weighed in at 4819 Lbs with 2398 Lbs on the front (49.79%) and 2418 Lbs on the rear (50.21%).

This was with the hardtop on, 6-point rollcage, running on 1/2-Ton axles and 35" tires, and me in the drivers seat.

:usaflag:

I'll have a shot at the title soon... No idea what she weighs now, but the only part of the body the rig will have soon is part of the firewall...

just the rig 4800 at the semi scale a couple days ago, full bodied "street trim" with 3/4 tank of gas.. (1 ton, steel wheels, 45lbs for the F&R diff covers, dual warn winches, 100' of DOM).. i need to drive by the dump scale to compare for accuracy.

I drove it every day this week to work out any bugs and i'm driving to blazerfest next week. :o what?

All fiberglass body. Havn't weighed it yet though.
Before teardown (with stock body), it weighed in at 5500lbs.
But I'm probably not much lighter with the cage, the heavy steel bumpers (to come), and many extras. But we'll see....
