Ive seen and searched but all of the posts are pretty old. Just wondering if your still happy and what your setup is exactly. Whos adapter did you go with(trans to 203). Oh and pics of some crossmembers too!:D
Thanx

the factory 203 adaptor works you just have to put in a short shaft in the 700r4, or redrill the 203. I have done both put a short shaft in my 700r4 then switch to a th400 and redrilled the 203. If you trans needs redone go with the short shaft if not redrill the 203.

I have one, it works great. I have a 208/241 adapter and a redrilled 203.

here is a pic.

I have a built 700r4 with the NP203/NP205 doubler from ORD triple sticked. I just used two stock crossmembers that I relocated to accomodate the mounting. I modified the front crossmember by cutting it and putting in an arch that goes over the front driveshaft. This is a pic, not of mine, but identical to mine:

Here is what I would like to do, which was made by 4x4 Iron, now out of business:

Haha the blue one is my truck. tim built it many years ago. Damn good job too. I had it powdercoated since that pic was taken. It was a 700r4 ORD doubler. Was Very happy with it.

Has anyone had problems other than sealing with the fitzall spacer? How did you drivelines end up? I would like for front and rear to be pretty close to equal.

How about those who redrilled the 203? Still working out for ya?

Keepem comin guys!!!!
thanx

In a blazer you really need to install the short shaft in the trans to keep the doubler as short as possible in such a short wheel base vehicle otherwise you can quickly end up with rear driveshaft issues from being too short.

subscribed. I believe Wally @ ORD is a 700r4 doubler set up, Tom Cherry just built a rig for his little brother and it was a 700r4 doubler setup. I plan to do the same set up some day when I am full of money, and have all my debts paid off. Ha probably sooner

here is my old one.i had a clocked 203 so i couldnt use the foot on the adapter.i used the spacer for mine and it worked fine.only diffrence is this is a ford 205.

I am running the stock adapter with the short shaft and my shafts were fairly close to the same with the 52 and 56 in springs. Let me know if you need any measurements or want to come look at it.

stock length springs 6" lift, wb 131.5". The combo I have is 1 inch longer than a stock 400/203.

105 inch wheel base with a ORD 203/205 doubler twin sticked. 91 gmc jimmy with a s-10 body

2.5 years later, is everyone still happy with there set ups? I just picked up a 203 with th350 adapter, I also have 208 and 241 adapters. Would it be best to redrill and tap the 203 for the 208 or 241 adapter to keep it short or use the th350 to 203 adapter with a 2" adapter?
