Who's torn down a 3.4 top end? *Finished*

I'm definitely thinking this motor has been torn into before, there's quite a few telltale signs. Hopefully I do a better job than the last guy. It really looks to me like the intake was way over torqued in the one corner. It also looked like the bead of RTV between the intake and block was a bit lacking, there had been quite a bit of oil seeping out of there.

I forgot to update this earlier, but I finished this little project a while back. Things went back together pretty smooth, and all is well. Runs a drives just fine, and no leaks. Just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I was able to get them out of a bit of a jam, and couldn't have done it alone. I appreciate it.
