It is a 1990 FULL size Blazer. I don't have manual hubs. It goes in fine the will pop out randomly and stay out till I put it back in.

Why does my Blazer pop out of 4 wheel drive?

I'm going to say that the linkage to the t-case is getting loose and not pulling the gears all the way. How I got around it in mine is to pull it into 4low then back to high, that seemed to work. Gotta get under there with a wrench someday...

had that problem too. adjusted linkage and that worked for a few more trips out but eventually I had to rebuild. I found the little teflon pads were shot and one was completely missing. It wore out the fork pretty bad. good time for the sye kit ya always wanted
