have you tried swapping the fuel pump relay for a new, quality unit?

Maybe your fuel is starting to boil in the carb form the heat from the manifold.

do you have a return line going back to the tank?

have a return line ... all lines are new. The one line that goes from regualtor to carb is also wrapped with heat sheild

...Do you have a manual fuel pump? I still think the fuel pump is the issue.It's going but not yet gone.

When it happened to me my bro-in-law told me it was the pump & I didn't want to believe him. Later he "told me so".

elec pump in the tank. Fuel Pump, sender, regulator, fuel filter, fuel lines... all new.

anyhow. have you checked for voltage at the pump? pressure?

Yes, pressure is a perfect 5psi.... I'm going to drive it some tomorrow... I think I just may of had some bad gas in the tank.
