Why no 35x12.5x15 in a Load E just C.

I have found only Load C no Load E 10 ply?

I'm not for sure on this, but it may have something to do with the height of the sidewall of a 35 on a 15" rim. Running 80psi puts alot of force on that part of the tire, especially when loaded.

I believe there are some D-rated 35x12.50r15's out there, but if you really need E's, it may be time to start looking for some 16 or 17" rims...

35x12.5/15's were never meant to be a towing/work tire. They were meant for off road use, and that means a flexible side wall. Simple as that.

It may be because all hd brakes won't fit inside a 15 inch wheel. 16 inch is the smallest I've ever seen on a 3/4 ton.

What???? 15" wheels fit just fine with a little :grind:
Just take a little off the ears of the calipers and 15" bolt right up to any GM HD up to 1 ton i have seen.

And yeah it is the sidewall issue why they don t make a E type 12.50x 35x 15. With that much sidewall. Heat can be an issue and cause a blow out.
I am sure they could build an E rated 35x15 but they would cost high $$$$

35x12.5x18 E rating Pro Comp M/T is what the hauler has
sucks for airing down, but it's an E rated small sidewall tire...
but very predictable and strong

How many 3/4 ton up trucks use a 15 inch rim?. there lies your answer
See Okis post srry didnt read them all

OK well they just bolt on LOL. I've never seen a 3/4 or bigger with 15's on them.
