you mean with stock style steering?
it doesn't work out very well. Flex out the truck, and try to turn all the way. With the short drag link steering is limited. The ram doesn't know that though. It gets the pressure and moves accordingly. Aka it moves more then your steering arm does which leads to damage in steering components.
I believe a few folks around here have run it happily, and a few have commented to what I just said.
