WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not going back in. The part facing the rear of my suburban is seems like it's a inch to long. Tired to put it lift it in for about 30 min and it just will not go. What the hell am I doing wrong???

Are the seam flanges catching on the frame?

Are you putting it in right side up? :haha:

When I put mine back in, I had to get one corner in first, then tilt it, slide it and do some other move before it would go in. It was the dual exhaust getting in the way, but it wasn't as hard when it was still the stock single exhaust.
