does anybody know where you can order custom legnth shafts and axle tubes for a dodge/gm front 60. i need it wider.

Why not just get more offset wheels?

And from what i know the Dually 60s are a bit wider...unless im crazy.

mines not a dually, and i want to keep this blazer fairly wide and low and im wanting to run 42 inch swampers that are 15 wide. so thats not real wide for the hight, i dont think the dually spacer are as strong as just widening the axle. only want about 3 inches per side. mabey i can trade my gm 60 for a superduty 60.

You could take the single wheel hubs off and put on dually wheel hubs if you want more strength. Are you worried about your scrub radius and so on?

I could be wrong but I doubt axle manufacturers will have blanks longer than the longest stock application. I think a Ford long side is longer than a Chevy but I don't think it's 3" more.

That said I got my custom length (shorter) rear axles from Dutchman. I tried Superior first but they said they aren't doing anything other than stock lengths now.

is anybody running a dully axle with standard wheels, and hows it hold up.

lots of people are. FOR MUD runs a dodge dually 60 with 14" wide wheels and 44" boggers. thats really wide and he doesn't have any problems that anybody else doesn"t have.

solid axle could hook you up with axle tubes, but do you have the equipment to build a custom axle?

Call teraflex. Gerald is the axle builder there. Then Tattons Driveline service will build the axle shafts. Curtis Tatton builds all of the axle shafts for Teraflex. They are nice and local too.
