Will 16x10 rims fit on a stock 70 Blazer?

I currently run 33x12.50x15 tires on 15x10 rims for my 70 Blazer K5 4x4. There is no lift kit and the tires fit well, but I am looking for some new rims and a lot of the ones I like start out at 16x10.

My question is- What is the difference in size and would it still fit my stock height without any problem? Also, if they did fit, what size tires would be the same or close to what is on there now to fit a 16x10 rim?

Thanks for any help on this subject.

Rim diameter will not effect anything. Just buy 33x12.50-16 tires or 305-70-16.

Thanks for your help. Does "backspacing" matter and if so, what do I need for my 1970 Chevy Blazer? (3 3/4", 4", 4 1/2", etc)
