Will '90 van steering column fit on 85 Sub?

Really really doubt it.
No exhaustive database I'm aware of regarding column interchange, but in short the different vehicles used different length columns in all applications, although the non-length critical parts are essentially unchanged between them.
Distance of the dash to the steering wheel and distance from firewall to column mounting point in the dash are two measurements could foil a swap.
