will the tires fit

i baught a 1989 gmc with 6 lug axles will the rims and tires off a 1986 blazer fit with 6 lug axles

Yes the Chevy and Toyota 6 lug bolt patterns are all the same.

i thought in 87 they went to metric and the bolt size got a tad bigger

The studs went to metric, but isn't much difference in diameter.
