Looks like it would. they have the 3 holes lined up pretty well to be mounted on the frame. Im sure youll have to lose your OEM bumper or whatever you have up there for that to work though.

yeah, i've got an oem one now, but i've decided to mount my winch i'll have to loose it anyway. once i figure ou thow to weld i'll probably wled some tubing to the sides to protect the rest of the front of the truck
