what height of tire are you after?
i'm running a 315/70/17, on a 8.5" wide rim, supposed to be the equivalent to a 35/12.5" something like that, it doesn't have the "buldgy" look of a tire that's too wide or the look of a rim that's too wide, sorta just right.
