Found this on E-Bay. I was wonderin if it might work in our truck. Oh and will a locker work with a full time system or do I have to adapt to part time? Thanks in advance and good luck to ya.
not 100% on this but.... If you plan on running 4:56's dont use the ring gear on that locker, unless he has the Pinion that game with it..... Gears come in sets... not suppose to mismatch Pinions and Ring gears.... just FYI.
Allan, don't buy that, really. You'd be better off buying a lockright locally and letting marv put it in. The bidding could go higher and if they're not CK5 members you couldn't be sure what condition its in. Just don't want to see ya burned /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
I went to 4 Wheel parts, since I don't really personally "know" anyone at our local 4wd shops. It was 283.95 so it was about the same as mail order after shipping charges. And to tell you the truth I dealt with Ethan there and every time I called or came in he was personable and helped me well /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
Allan, that is a no-go there good buddy. A 10B locker will only work up front with the 30 spline (I think) shafts. Those shafts are a pain to find. I agree with paul. Try a lock right first. You will need to go part time either way. I am gonna run a lock right in my D60. As far as price goes let me know cause I get a discount at fourwheelers supply.
i got my pop-rite for a 10b 28 spline at National Tire and Wheel it was like $255 shipped to my door in a week.
