I need to redo my cut rockers and I am inerested in how high you guys went and how did you reenforce the cab supports. I am having problems with the middle pillar.
Iam trying to figure out what to do with the floor and middle connecting area. I dont want to weld a brace from the rocker to the frame but theres not not many ways to support the roof well. My rockers are 2x4 so all the excess will be cut off thats where the questions come in
Under the boat side plates on Willard are pieces of square tube connecting the frame to the sliders. Everything is Willard is hard mounted now. Cage to frame, Cage to Body so thus tieing the whole thing into one big box.
I couldn't tell you where body mounts are even located on a crew cab so I don't have a clue as to how they delt with the actual body mounts. I think that the ones that needed modifying got that and the ones that could stay did just that with the factory rubber and all.
