Winch, is this a good deal?

I don't know anything about winches except for they are cool when I am stuck. I wouldn't use it often (so I am looking for cheap), but it would be nice to have for when I do need it. Please give your opinions on the winches in the following links.

Not bad prices, I have heard both sides of the fence on milemarker winches not being the greatest and others loving them. You can get a winch cradle cheaper here!!

I've used mine four times and broken it twice now. I just called and ordered more parts for it yesterday.

Hopefully once I get it fixed for the 2nd time, it will start working. I have never sucessfully used it to recover myself, and only once to recover someone else.

I am getting a Warn 8274 so I'm not in the winch buying market... but if I was still, the Tmax 9500 sounds like a very nice winch. Aussie designed, made in China in a quality plant (as opposed to the place where most walmart-carried chinese household stuff is made... blah)... and supposedly their customer sevice is top notch. Purdy good combo...
