Winch Mount Strong enough?? VR 12k warn winch.

alright. I'm building a winch mount. It will be welded through the cross member on both sides, a few gussets, anything else y'all THink I should do? Thinking I need a tube from the front cross member to that joint for side loading... any feedback is great thanks.

Any way to connect the top of the 2" tubing to the crossmember also? Seems like it will want to rotate down, dunno.
