winch mount to stock front bumper

The one i seen retains the license plate in factory spot and winch mount
Goes above bumper

simple pipe clamps on steel / tin plate to hold plate then snap over roller fairlead . seen guys do it for years .

He did have info. He told you to move it to the WTB section and he is trying to give you subtle hints that you are apparently creating some friction on this site. Not a great way to get help here. Or anywhere else for that matter.
