I've done a search, but can't really find anything.
I'm thinking of putting putting a Warn 9000 winch on my Blazer, but don't want any tube or "Aftermarket looking" bumpers.
Is it possible to make it work and keep my stock bumper?
Where do you find the receiver hitches for the front to be able to use a cradle mount? or is that possible?
And if anyone has a pic of this setup, that would be great.
Thanks for the help guys.

Here is mine.

That looks really nice and is exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you for the pic.
Did you have to relocate your solenoids for the winch? or is it integral?
Was that setup pretty easy to do? Do you have any pics of how you mounted it up in your framerails?

My winch is a 9.5xp so the solenoids were in a separate box. I had to clock the end of the winch to get the lever where I wanted it. I also had to modify my oil cooler lines to get some more clearance. Here are a couple more pics.

Here's a crappy shot of mine, but you can see more on page 3 and 4 in my build-thread.

If you don't want to fab it yourself, I think Twizted Engineerings winch cradle can be made to fit with a stock bumper.

Edit: found it:

Driney, is your fairlead bolted to the bumper only?
Do you have any concerns about pulling at an angle?
Damn clean installation btw:waytogo:

I like that cucv. I plan to mount my hydraulic winch to a 2" receiver up front. That way I can stand on it when servicing the engine.

Thanks for the pic FRED.
Yeah, I'm thinking about trading my rifle for a 9000 Warn winch.
I've got a couple different guys interested.
One with a 9k and one with a 9500.
I really don't get to shoot my rifle as much as I would like.

I just went out to see if I could get pictures of the reinforcement behind the bumper, but I can't get the camera at any angle to see behind the bumper. It's not much, just some 1/4 welded to the front of the base plate that the bumper so the fairlead can bolt through the bumper to. I have pulled hard at about a 45° angle and not noticed any tweakage so I'm not too concerned.

I was don't care for the way my fairlead sticks out, and was looking at yours, wondering if I could re-engineer mine to fit more like yours does.
