winch problems please help

My winch (warn 8374) has stopped working. Is there a way to test the solenoids to see if that is the problem? It will click once in one direction, but not the other. Any help is needed. Was also wondering if it is a bad connection?

Definitely check and clean every connection there is on that winch (particularly the power and ground).

I bet that will solve your problem.

Yep, most likely losing ground and so it will click the first time, but just until it loses the ground.

Figured it out. Bad + terminal on the battery. Thanks you the help though.
