When I Spooled My New Winch With Wire I Followed The Direction On The Hub,But When I Push The Out Button It RollS In. So Question Is Does It Matter And Does The Winch Have The Same Power In Both Directions? Sorry About Caps not Sure Why My Phone Does this. Thanks Shoe81

The wire should be on the bottom of the drum when coming through the fairlead. Yes it matters, you need to correct it. You might have mounted the winch on backwards. The freewheel lever is always on the driver side from what i've seen.

You might have the wiring reversed. Most winches will damage the brake if you run them backwards.
and don't forget always run a line in under some kind of load/resistance or you will ball it up on the drum and possible new line after cutting it off the drum.
