winch rope Synthetic Rope

IMO you'd be better off with a shorter length of 3/8". Higher capacity that way, and if you need more length, you can get an extension. Also remember the outer layers of the drum have less capacity, so you'd rather use most of your line to get down to the lower layers to get more pull.

When I switch I'll be picking up the factor 55 package with the ultra hook or pro hook.
 
Oh yeah, forgot about those things. The Factor 55 ProLink is just so many kinds of seckseh...

To the OP's point, though, other than size that line looks good, has the chafe guard.

Looks decent. I don't remember how much I run, but it's the 3/8" line. I think 95' would be plenty for me, but we have LOTS of trees everywhere.
 
That fair lead looks rough. Take a look in person, may want to smooth it out. Largest risk is catching and damaging the rope
