I also run the mm12000. One thing we all got to think about when doubling back with the snatch block is not to excede your winch cables capacity. for example my mm has 3/8 cable rated for 14500# but if I double back on the bottom layer on the drum that puts 24000# on the cable. Also always put something over the cable(coat,towel,floormat) nothing like near decapitation to make you a believer!!!!
