winch wiring

How should I wire my winch to my 12 dual battery system. Is there already some type of isolator built into the electrical system on my 91 suburban? Does it matter which battery I wire to? Should I wire to the positive of one and the negative of the other? No idea what is best. Can someone help?

Really I'd hook it up to the positive and negative of a single battery, no matter how you hook them up both batteries will be feeding the winch with the factory dual battery hookup.
