winch

HAve you guys had any or heard of any bad experiences with Mile marker winches? I would like to get the MM12000 4wheel parts has it for 699. with 100 dollar instant rebate. I went the other day to 4wheel and a sales rep said that he has sold 100's WARN winches and only sold 4 MM in 2 years. What is your guys opinion on MM? Thanks

Get thee to a search page and see; there are hundreds of posts on this very topic.

Warn is a good name; they may sell on name alone.

MM is the only outfit to make hydraulics, which some people love and some people hate. They're like diesels: not everybody understands them.

NB: What do I know -- I own a Ramsey, as I bought it used and couldn't pass it up.

I'm getting that winch too I think. Warn is just way to expensive. MM has a good price.

Warn makes hydraulic winches, its just I think the are not sold to the general public, they are mostly for industrial use.
