Window channel issue

Im looking to replace some seals and channel on my '84 K5.

The part I need, ill describe. If you looking at the door with the window up, its the piece that the window rides up that goes around the inside of the window frame that is visible from outside of truck.

Do I need #13 or #7

Looks like 7 is just for the one. 13 is for both sets and the edge felts.

Every time I replaced that the window rolled up super hard

Well mine is so cracked and "shrunk" from the heat that its basically falling out, sadly my window is hard to go up now (cant go up without truck running - elect windows)
