Does anyone know where to get some new topper sliding glass felt channels? These are the ones that the sliding window slides in. I tried to open the passenger side slider yesterday and the felt was so dried out and swollen that it just kept breaking into small pieces as I tried to open the window.

someone will chime in quick Scott, there was VERY recent thread on this, just can't remember who... sorry to say, iirc, the results where not good.. replacements from LMC I think where very cheesy and incorrect... think Rene was posting in that thread too about his experience...

Did you ever find decent felt? Im in the market for the same thing. Been raping the search button all day but nothing concrete.......yet.

I have not even looked for the slider felts yet. Guess I should probably start looking since winter is coming soon and I don't feel like have a swamp in the back of the blazer.

I have tried the LMC ones, they are complete junk. The originals are fairly thick, and actually fill the channel keeping the window itself centered. What I got from LMC was basically a flat piece of felt with a rubber backing, and there is nothing to fill the channel or keep the window centered. After that experience I gave up on sliders and switched to solid tinted windows, the AC works in Krusty anyway.

I had a local glass repair shop replace them. They had felt channels on rolls, and matched it up. Needless to say, the shop that did mine did a horrible job. Just make sure they cut the bottom of the channels to drain through the drain holes, otherwise it will leak worse than before.
