Window Glass Removal

So the back window works, but not well. I think it's the guides. I want to remove the glass so I can remove and replace the guides, but It won't budge from the track.

It's recently replaced by the PO (professional installer was used, I'm sure). How do I get it unstuck? I'm thinking a hair dryer to heat the adhesive?

What adhesive do I use when I stick it back in?

if done resently then they used apoxie. it will come out if you unbolt the lower track as a unit.

Thanks man....it's out with the track still attached. Much, much easier.
