Window hatch repairs

Making my own! Any thoughts, concerns or ideas are greatly appreciated. Have a good concept going, but looking for ideas on the best way to incorporate the hinges and designing some type of latch

Making the hatch. I think wheeling with the top on has killed my off. Voted the fiberglass off the island. There's a thread in the Driveway with pics
