I have 2 issues with my windows:

1) The power motors (fronts) are going bad, slowly. I've never replaced a window motor before and want to do these. Are these things secured with rivets? What's up with that? What's the story with replacing these?

2) The wind wing (great invention) are so tight it's nearly impossible to move them. I tried pulling the panel off and loosening the nut while holding the other nut and nothing seemed to happen.

The window motors should be hold on using a machine screw/bolt (at least all the ones i've seen are) and are easy to replace once you remove the motorl/window regulator assembly.

For the wind wing adjustment, once the door panel is off, look dead center of the window underneigh it, there were be a adjustment stud with a spring on it, that is where you adjust tightness/looseness.
