Has anyone else had this problem? I am amazed that it broke like that and of course it would break leving the window in the stuck in the down position, when I was stuck in a mud hole

Looks like a fatigue failure to me. The part probably had a minor defect in it to start with.

Someone needs to stop working out so much. I'm a skinny weak guy and never have these kind of problems. Sure, I can't roll the window up or down, but at least it doesn't break!

I don't think it matters how big your arms are with the electric windows. You would be more likely to break the switch than the regulator...
