Window regulator help please

I'm installing my new window regulator with motor tonight. I can't figure out the steps for putting it together correctly. Should I put the roller one the inside of the door panel first or put the rollers on the window first? All help is appreciated.

Thanks for your help. I got it installed but I'm not very happy with it. I need new weather stripping and it makes a loud clunk the first time I hit the window switch to roll the window down.
