the rubber around my windows are dry rotted out and needs replacing. this is both front windows and the rear window. how do i do this? of should i have it done? i have power windows.

Do you have a LMC catalog? They sell the window trimming and you should be able to do it yourself. You can go to their website lmctruck.com and order a catalog for your blazer year. If you already have the rubber trim I wouldn't think it would be that difficult. Just be sure to use plenty adhesive.

Just roll your window all the way down, and the weather stripping has clips that will pop off. Kind of gently pry it off with a flat head screwdriver and the new set will pop into place.

But how easy is it to install the new ones? There doesn't seem to be much clearance in there to ensure that it clips in properly....
 
I have power windows and replaced the rubbers on my driver and passanger side, the only problem I had was is it would move because it had no lubrication. I used water and soap and it went on pretty easy...wasn't the easiest thing i ever did though
